The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications that meet business and process requirements while mentoring junior team members and driving technical decisions.Roles & Responsibilities:Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle OSMCollaborate with the team and manage overall development activitiesTake responsibility for technical decisions and ensure alignment with business goalsProvide innovative solutions across teams and guide implementationLead the team to deliver high-quality applications on timeTroubleshoot and debug application issuesMentor junior team members to grow technicallyPrimary Skills:Must-Have:Proficiency in Oracle Communications Order and Service Management (OSM)Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Application development using Oracle technologiesGood knowledge of Database concepts and SQLHands-on experience in debugging and troubleshooting applications
