About the role: We are hiring an experienced Oracle Workforce Compensation Lead to manage the implementation and configuration of the Oracle Cloud Workforce Compensation module. The role includes stakeholder collaboration, system testing, end-user training, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities:Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Workforce Compensation moduleConfigure and test compensation functionality to meet business requirementsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutionsDevelop and execute testing plans to ensure successful implementationProvide training and support to end-users
Required Skills:7-9 years of experience with Oracle Workforce CompensationStrong understanding of compensation planning and configurationExperience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementationExcellent communication and project management skills
Common Requirements:Oracle Cloud Experience: Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and configurationTechnical Skills: Strong understanding of Oracle HCM technical architecture and configuration
