Oracle WMS Functional Analyst

As an Oracle WMS Functional Consultant, your role involves combining business knowledge with an understanding of the Oracle Warehouse Management System's inner workings and configuration options. You will need to analyze business problems and opportunities, recommend solutions based on the Oracle EBS/Fusion Architecture, and facilitate communication between business and technical teams to achieve organizational goals. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with business partners and onsite IT Analysts to understand and translate requirements into Functional Specifications and Design. - Work closely with the technical team to hand off the functional design and support in the technical design and development of the solution. - Test the solutions, drive SIT/UAT, and support deployment after go-live. - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in production operations, identify root causes of issues, and recommend/implement solutions for uninterrupted production operations. - Liaise with Oracle on production issues and product bugs. **Key Competencies and Skills:** - Must have 4 to 6 years of working experience in Oracle Applications Suite with a good understanding of the Oracle tech stack. - Experience in at least 2 to 3 full cycle Implementations in Oracle Warehouse Management System with expertise in Designing Interface/Authoring functional design documents. - Minimum 1 to 2 implementation or Support project experience in Oracle Fusion Applications as Fusion WMS/Logfire Functional Consultant. - Strong understanding and hands-on experience in WMS processes such as Shipping, Receiving, WMS strategies/rules, MSCA, RF Guns, inbound/outbound logistics, task management, wave planning, and interfacing applications. - Experience in Oracle Order Management and working with cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Ordering, and WMS tracks. - Proficient in preparation of Test Scripts/BR100 and Test Execution in functional testing/system integration testing. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Education and Qualifications:** - Preferred Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering, Masters in Computer Applications, or equivalent. - Any certification in Warehouse Management or WMS module is preferred but optional. **Additional Information:** - Preferred skills include a good understanding of Agile Development Process, Configuration Management, Incident Management, Fusion Applications, Tech Stack, Order Management, and OTM. - Hands-on experience in basic SQL and PL/SQL.
