Oracle WMS Functional Analyst

As an Oracle WMS Functional Consultant, your role involves combining business knowledge with a deep understanding of the Oracle Warehouse Management System to address business problems effectively and recommend solutions aligned with the Oracle EBS/Fusion Architecture. You will play a crucial part in facilitating communication between business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with business partners and onsite IT Analysts to understand requirements and translate them into Functional Specifications and Design. - Work closely with the technical team for functional design hand-off and support in technical design and solution development. - Conduct testing of solutions, drive SIT/UAT, and provide support post go-live. - Act as a Subject Matter Expert(SME) in production operations, identifying issues, recommending solutions, and ensuring uninterrupted production operations. - Liaise with Oracle on production issues and product bugs. **Key Competencies and Skills:** - Possess 4 to 6 years of experience in Oracle Applications Suite with a strong understanding of the Oracle tech stack. - Experience in 2 to 3 full-cycle Implementations in Oracle Warehouse Management System; expertise in Designing Interface / Authoring functional design documents for Extensions/Interface/Conversion is essential. - Minimum 1 to 2 implementation or Support project experience in Oracle Fusion Applications as Fusion WMS/Logfire Functional Consultant. - Strong hands-on experience in WMS processes including Shipping and Receiving, WMS strategies, and rules for picking, putaway, and shipping. - Proficiency in MSCA, managing RF Guns, WMS inbound/outbound logistics, task management, and wave planning. - Familiarity with interfacing applications such as Fusion Order Management and Oracle Transportation Management system. - Good understanding and experience in Oracle Order Management and cross-functional collaboration. - Ability to prepare Test Scripts / BR100 and execute tests in functional testing/system integration testing. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Education and Qualifications:** - Preferred Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering, Masters in Computer Applications, or equivalent from a reputed institute. - Any certification in Warehouse Management or WMS module is preferred but Optional. **Additional Information:** - Preferred skills include a good understanding of Agile Development Process, Configuration Management, and Incident Management. - Knowledge of Fusion Applications, Order Management, and OTM is advantageous. - Hands-on experience in basic SQL and PL/SQL.
