Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for an Oracle Time And Labor Functional Lead. The role involves overseeing the functional implementation and support of Oracle Time and Labor modules, providing expertise in configuration, system optimization, and troubleshooting. The Functional Lead will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, conduct testing, and ensure system enhancements align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Oracle Time and Labor modules, along with experience in configuration and system optimization
• Strong functional expertise in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and creating efficient workflows
• Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and providing user support for Oracle applications
• Knowledge of related Oracle modules and integration among HR, Payroll, and Time modules
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
• Oracle certifications and prior experience in a similar role are a plus
