Oracle Supply Chain And CRM-Ignition Application Administrator-Manager

As an Ignition Application Administrator at EY, you will be joining the Enterprise Services Data team. Your role will involve administering the existing analytics platforms, with a primary focus on Ignition. You will work closely with platform administrators, developers, Product/Project Seniors, and Customers to ensure smooth operations and efficient management of the Ignition platform. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to operate in a start-up-like environment within a Fortune 50 company, contributing to the digital focus aimed at releasing insights for best-in-class products and services. **Responsibilities:** - Install and configure Ignition. - Monitor the Ignition platform, integrate with observability and alerting solutions, and recommend platform improvements. - Troubleshoot and resolve Ignition platform issues. - Configure data source connections and manage asset libraries. - Identify and raise system capacity related issues. - Define best practices for Ignition deployment. - Integrate Ignition with other ES Data platforms and Business Unit installations. - Participate in overall data platform architecture and strategy. - Research and recommend alternative actions for problem resolution based on best practices. **Knowledge and Skills:** - 3+ years of customer success or customer-facing engineering experience. - Large scale implementation experience in a complex solutions environment. - Experience with Linux command line. - Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms. - Knowledge of software development process and design methodologies. - Experience in cloud ops/Kubernetes application deployment. - Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, written, and verbal. **Education and Work Experience:** - A BA/BS Degree (or equivalent) in technology, computing, or related field. - 3+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education. In this role, you may be required to work flexible hours and/or weekends to meet deadlines or fulfill application administration obligations.
