Oracle SCP (Supply Chain Planning)

You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud modules, such as Demand Management, Supply Planning, and S&OP. Your role will involve configuring planning schedules, scenario models, and constraint-based planning processes to optimize inventory and order fulfillment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, logistics, and procurement, will be essential to gather requirements and design scalable solutions. In this position, you will develop and execute integration flows using Oracle Integration Cloud and RESTful services to ensure seamless data exchange between Oracle ERP and external systems. Additionally, you will be required to perform data mapping, load master data, and validate planning KPIs through comprehensive testing, user training, and go-live support. Post-implementation support, tuning planning models, and conducting workshops to drive adoption and continuous improvement will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud implementation is required. Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs, SQL, and PL/SQL for data integration is essential. A strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts, such as forecasting, inventory optimization, and constraint planning, is also necessary. Experience with data migration, master data setup, and user training in Oracle Cloud environments is preferred. Having excellent communication skills and the ability to lead on-site workshops and engage with stakeholders is crucial. Preferred qualifications include Oracle SCM Cloud certification, exposure to Oracle Advanced Planning Command Center (APCC) and Cost Management modules, experience with Agile implementation methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence, familiarity with Oracle Analytics Cloud or OTBI for planning insights, and knowledge of integration with third-party logistics (3PL) and IoT-based inventory tracking.
