Job Description

As an Oracle SCM Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing Inventory, WIP, Demantra, and ASCP modules. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and supporting Oracle SCM processes, focusing on Inventory, WIP, Demantra, and ASCP modules. - Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and deliver scalable SCM solutions. - Utilizing basic PL/SQL for custom queries, troubleshooting, and system validation. - Contributing expertise to demand and supply planning activities and strategies. - Collaborating with planning, production, and IT teams to improve forecasting and inventory accuracy. - Taking part in end-to-end solution design, testing, and deployment across SCM systems. - Mentoring and guiding a team of up to 15+ members, ensuring deliverables align with project goals. - Proactively identifying system issues, recommending process improvements, and assisting in problem resolution. - Ensuring all documentation is up to date and users are properly trained on relevant modules. - Maintaining high levels of attention to detail and fostering a collaborative work environment. You should hold a degree in Any Graduate to qualify for this position.,
