Oracle SCM – Logistics-Warehouse Management

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Fusion Consultant to join our team. The consultant should have good knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion, specifically in the Logistics-Warehouse Management module. The consultant should have experience in rollouts, upgradation, lift and shift, and managed services projects. The consultant should also have the capability to lead a team from offshore and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion Logistics-Warehouse Management to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead and participate in rollouts, upgradation, lift and shift, and managed services projects.
• Understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to the offshore team, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues.
• Perform system configuration and customization according to business requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing and provide support during user acceptance testing.
• Provide post-implementation support and assist with ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6-10 years of experience as an Oracle ERP Fusion Consultant.
• Good knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion Logistics-Warehouse Management module.
• Experience in rollouts, upgradation, lift and shift, and managed services projects.
• Capable of leading a team from offshore and effectively managing project deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate business requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Oracle ERP Fusion certifications will be an added advantage.
