Oracle Scm Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle P2P Process Consultant with deep expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Logistics, and Manufacturing. The consultant will play a strategic role in driving end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process design, optimization, and Oracle solution implementation across complex enterprise environments. The role requires strong business process leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on Oracle expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Process & Business Consulting

• Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process design, optimization, and transformation initiatives.

• Act as a Process Consultant bridging business requirements with Oracle SCM solutions.

• Drive best-practice adoption across Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Finance.

• Conduct process workshops, gap analysis, and value-stream mapping for large enterprise clients.

• Define and document To-Be processes, functional designs, and solution roadmaps.

Oracle Functional Leadership

Provide functional leadership across Oracle P2P modules, including:

• Oracle Purchasing / Procurement

• iSupplier / Supplier Portal

• Inventory Management

• Receiving & Put-away

• Accounts Payable integration

• Manufacturing & Costing (as applicable)

• Support Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.

• Ensure seamless integration between P2P, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Financials.

SCM, Logistics & Manufacturing

• Design and optimize procurement and inventory flows aligned with manufacturing operations.

• Support logistics processes including inbound supply, warehouse operations, and supplier collaboration.

• Collaborate with manufacturing teams on material planning, sourcing, and cost controls.

• Enable supply chain visibility and performance improvements through Oracle solutions.

Stakeholder & Project Leadership

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders and leadership teams.

• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.

• Support project governance, risk management, and delivery milestones.

• Participate in pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and client presentations.

Functional & Domain Expertise

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle P2P / SCM consulting.

• Strong domain expertise in Procurement, SCM, Logistics, and Manufacturing.

• Proven experience in large-scale Oracle ERP implementations.

• Deep understanding of P2P lifecycle, controls, compliance, and best practices.

Oracle Skills

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM.

• Strong integration knowledge between P2P, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Finance.

• Experience with global rollouts, multi-org, and multi-currency environments.
