As a Software Development Team Lead for Oracle Primavera Unifier, your role involves leading cross-functional product development workstreams to design, develop, and enhance software assets. You will be expected to work independently, become subject matter expert (SME), actively participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and effectively lead cross-functional product development teams. Your responsibilities also include ensuring software assets meet internal and external(customer) expectations, creating an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth, and innovation, supporting the sales process by participating in solution design, and providing guidance and mentorship to team members. Qualifications Required: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier. - Strong Oracle Primavera Unifier configuration, integration, and data migration skills. - Strong understanding of project and portfolio management principles, including Unifier Contracts, Cost, and Change management modules. - Good to Have: Oracle PIF, Oracle Analytics Cloud. - Experience in software development lifecycle. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies. - Hands-on experience in leading software development projects.,
