Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle OTM professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in implementing and supporting Oracle Transportation Management solutions, and will be responsible for optimizing our transportation processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Oracle OTM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for transportation management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle OTM functionality and performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users on OTM functionalities and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle OTM features and enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-12 years of experience in Oracle OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics processes.
• Experience with Oracle OTM modules such as Order Management, Shipment Management, and Freight Payment.
• Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and reporting.
• Ability to analyze and optimize transportation processes using OTM.
• Familiarity with integration of OTM with other ERP systems like Oracle EBS or SAP.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
