Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
Configure and implement JDE
EnterpriseOne (or World)
modules such as:
Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA)
Procurement (P2P)
Manufacturing (Shop Floor, Product Data Management)
Sales & Distribution (Order Management, Inventory)
Translate business needs into JDE functional designs and configuration settings.
Develop functional specifications for customizations, reports, and interfaces.
Support full lifecycle JDE implementation or upgrade projects including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Conduct user training, workshops, and prepare user documentation.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support to resolve functional issues.
Collaborate with technical teams to validate and test enhancements, interfaces, and workflows.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of hands-on experience as a
JDE Functional Consultant
.
Expertise in at least one JDE module area (Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Procurement).
Strong understanding of
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne architecture
, data flow, and configuration.
Experience with
JD Edwards CNC
,
UBE
,
Orchestrator
, and
Reports
is a plus.
Knowledge of business processes, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

Experience with
JD Edwards Orchestrator
,
UX One
, or
CafeOne
.
Familiarity with integrations between JDE and external systems (e.g., EDI, BI tools).
JDE certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Specialist) is a plus.
Prior experience in industries like
manufacturing, retail, distribution, or logistics
.
Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and support change management activities.
