Oracle Health Analyst

As a consultant with specialised experience in Oracle Health (formerly Cerner), you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Leading the implementation/configuration of Oracle Health solutions for hospital/clinic environments - Collaborating with clinicians, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configuration - Performing system testing, validation, training, and providing go-live support - Offering optimization and continuous improvement of the health IT system - Ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, data privacy, and regulatory requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience: - 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT implementation in a hospital/clinic environment - Hands-on experience with Oracle Health/Cerner Millennium/EHR systems - Strong understanding of clinical workflows in areas such as wards, OP, IP, lab, and radiology - Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities - Capability to work effectively in a dynamic project environment Preferred skills for this role include: - Certification in Oracle Health/Cerner - Experience in India/EAPAC region and familiarity with local regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, and Indian equivalents - Project management experience and training delivery expertise In addition to the exciting responsibilities and qualifications required for this role, you can look forward to the following benefits: - Competitive salary along with performance bonus - Opportunity to work on large-scale health IT projects - Learning and growth opportunities - Flexible working arrangements,
