Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle HCM Techno-Functional professional with in-depth expertise across both technical and functional domains. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM applications and be capable of delivering effective solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
Manage data migrations and HCM Extracts with efficiency and accuracy.
Write and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, and Benefits.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support.
Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective resolutions.
Support the integration of HCM with other enterprise systems.

Technical Skills Required:

Oracle HCM Cloud Suite
BI Reporting (BI Publisher)
OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
HCM Extracts
Fast Formulas
Data Migration tools and techniques
SQL & PL/SQL (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong techno-functional understanding of Oracle HCM modules like Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Benefits.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
