Oracle HCM Offshore Support (Benefits Module)

You are hiring for an Oracle Business Analyst - HCM Offshore Support (Benefits Module) with a minimum of 3 years of experience. As an Oracle Business Analyst - HCM, your primary responsibility will be to support the implementation and continuous stability of the global Oracle Cloud HCM system with a focus on Benefits. This role will require configuration, issue resolution, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the effective design and support of HCM modules. Your key responsibilities will include configuring Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits, managing documentation, leading production support, and annual open enrollment setup. You will also be responsible for creating HDL files and life event configurations, debugging fast formulas with tech support, authoring functional specs, test plans, and process flows. Additionally, you will manage Oracle SRs, vendor coordination, support go-live and cutover activities, as well as collaborate on cross-functional projects. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Oracle Cloud HCM (specifically USA Benefits). Your experience should include working with HDL, business process design, system solutions, and test planning. Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills are essential, and you should be adaptable, analytical, and detail-oriented.
