Oracle HCM fusion functional consultant - US Payroll & OTL

Your passion for technology and expertise in Oracle solutions will be instrumental in redefining how businesses engage in the digital era. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Oracle Time & Labor (OTL):** - Configure timecard layouts for hourly and salaried employees. - Set up time entry profiles, time categories, time attributes, time consumer sets, and worker time processing profiles. - Configure Time Entry Rules, Validation Rules, Time Calculation Rules, and rule templates. - Implement Web Clock, time events, and device/time capture setup. - Support US federal, state, and local tax withholding and statutory reporting requirements. - Configure Year-End processes such as W-2, 1095-C, and quarterly tax filings. **Mandatory Skills:** - 6+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion OTL configuration and support. - Functional knowledge of integrations, including HCM Extracts, HDL, and PBL. - Conduct requirement workshops and prepare BRD/MD50 documents. - Perform system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and production migration. - Develop functional design documents for integrations and reports (BI Publisher/OTBI). - Support go-live, hypercare, and ongoing enhancements. - Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project managers. - Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on assignments. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work well with offshore teams. - Ability to work well in a team environment. **Qualification:** - Bachelors degree preferred or Equivalent experience At Maini Consulting, you will be part of a rapidly growing Oracle partner with global recognition.
