Job Description

As a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules. Your deep understanding of HR processes will enable you to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. Here's what you can expect in this role: - Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing on the Compensation and Benefits modules. - Configure Oracle Cloud Applications to align with business requirements and document these configurations. - Collaborate closely with HR teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Lead RFP responses, working with sales and technical teams to create comprehensive submissions that meet client needs and best practices. - Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, identifying functionality fit/gaps and providing suitable solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within HCM modules. - Conduct client demos of Oracle HCM Fusion applications, emphasizing the value and addressing client inquiries. - Collaborate with project teams on reports, interfaces, data conversion, and application extensions. - Test and validate technical components, resolving issues as needed. - Support clients during test phases and resolve implementation-related issues. - Develop end-user documentation and training materials for Fusion HCM solutions. - Lead demos and discussions with onshore teams and clients. - Ensure client satisfaction through effective collaboration with offshore and onshore teams. - Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through the design and implementation of HCM modules. - Conduct client workshops, configuration, and training sessions. - Experience in creating workflows, security, and OTBI reports. - Strong presentation, communication, and teamwork skills. Qualifications required for this role: - 5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, with a focus on Compensation and Benefits. - Bachelor's degree or MBA (HRMS) preferred. - Familiarity with Agile or Iterative development methodologies.
