Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Recruitment, etc.).Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system operation.Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to streamline HR processes.Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics as per business needs.Conduct testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and ensure data integrity during migration.Provide end-user training and create process documentation.Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or related field.3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation/support.Strong knowledge of Core HR and at least one other module (Payroll, Absence, OTL, Talent, Recruitment, etc.).Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI Reports.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage client expectations.
