Key Responsibilities:

• Independently design, build, and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and solve business and technical challenges.
• Actively participate in team discussions and project planning activities.
• Assist in the documentation of processes, technical specifications, and workflows.
• Engage in testing and troubleshooting to improve application performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in application development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven expertise in

  Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll

  (minimum 3 years of hands-on experience).
• Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
• Proficiency in

  SQL

  and database management.
• Familiarity with

  integration tools and techniques

  for Oracle Cloud applications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
