Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, develop, and implement application modules based on business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements. - Perform unit testing and debugging of application modules to ensure their functionality and performance. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. - Create technical documentation for application modules, including design specifications and user manuals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Benefits modules. - Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula development. - Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud security and role-based access control.,
