Job Description

Job Description: As a member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining HCM solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM. Your role will involve leading functional teams, conducting solution workshops, and collaborating with other technical teams to ensure successful integration with other systems. You will provide technical expertise and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. Your judgment and influence will be crucial in making key technical decisions, setting standards, policies, and selecting the environment, architecture, and technical solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate to define product vision, roadmap, growth, and product conversion opportunities within the HCM domain. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain HCM solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM - Lead functional teams and conduct solution workshops - Collaborate with technical teams for smooth integration with other systems - Provide technical expertise and leadership in design, development, and implementation - Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions - Support and guide development teams during various phases - Define product vision, roadmap, growth, and product conversion opportunities - Develop and present analyses for feature enablement in Oracle Cloud HCM - Work as a solution architect and stay updated on Oracle Cloud HCM and related technologies - Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously in an independent work environment Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of experience in the HCM domain - Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or a solution architect mindset - Proficient in following Scrum methodology and Oracle AIM/OUM documentation standards - Possess appropriate Cloud certification(s), which will be mandatory - PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage,
