Job Description

As an Oracle Application Analyst HCM at Arcadis, your role will involve configuration and development of solutions based on business requirements. You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving production issues within the set SLA. Collaborating directly with the HCM product owner, you will plan and prioritize backlog, working with HCM module leads and cross-functional leads to understand requirements and deliver efficiently. Additionally, you will maintain configuration workbooks and relevant documentations, ensuring workload prioritization and timely delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configuration/development of solutions as per business requirements - Analysis and resolution of production issues within SLA - Collaboration with HCM product owner and module leads - Prioritization of workload and timely delivery **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience - 2+ years of proven experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM developer/analyst - Agile/CI Frameworks knowledge - Oracle Cloud Certification preferred Arcadis is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone's contribution matters.
