Oracle Fusion HCM Reporting & Analytics Developer

The Oracle Fusion HCM Reporting & Analytics Developer position, based in Bangalore or Chennai, offers a full-time or contract employment opportunity for individuals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM reporting and analytics. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing interactive dashboards, KPIs, and metrics to facilitate strategic decision-making processes. Your expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, reporting tools, data visualization, and analytics within the Oracle environment will be crucial for this role. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing interactive dashboards and advanced reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), BI Publisher, OTBI, and other Oracle reporting tools. - Defining critical KPIs and metrics aligned with business goals and implementing them to measure organizational performance across Oracle HCM modules. - Extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from Oracle Fusion HCM to provide actionable insights and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver meaningful analytics. - Configuring reporting tools for optimal performance and usability, as well as optimizing data structures and queries to enhance report efficiency and accuracy. - Ensuring data governance compliance, maintaining data confidentiality and security, and implementing role-based access controls for reports and dashboards. - Providing ongoing support for reporting tools, promptly resolving issues, and conducting training sessions to enable end-users to effectively utilize self-service reporting features. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Additionally, you should have a strong technical background with advanced SQL skills, knowledge of Oracle database structures and data models, and an understanding of data visualization best practices. Experience in data integration, ETL processes, and excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business terms are also required.
