Job Description

As an Oracle Fusion ERP Financial (P2P Functional Lead) in our company, your role will involve leading the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial modules to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with finance and procurement teams to analyze existing processes and translate business needs into functional solutions. Ensuring smooth integration of Oracle Fusion Financial modules with other systems and resolving functional issues will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will prepare detailed documentation, maintain compliance with accounting standards, and identify process improvements for financial operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing user training, and supporting system adoption are crucial for delivering system enhancements aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial modules. - Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to analyze processes and translate business needs. - Ensure smooth integration of Oracle Fusion Financial modules with other systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, coordinating with technical teams. - Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including functional design and test cases. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements. - Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and automation. - Provide user training, support, and knowledge sharing for system adoption. Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems. Additional Company Details (if present): - Employment Type: 6 Months Contract (extendable) - Location: Hyderabad/Gurgaon Required Skills & Experience: - Tools: FRS (Financial Reporting Studio), Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle Cloud FIN suite. - Domain: Billing, Revenue Management, and Finance Operations. - Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. - Preferred: Oracle Fusion certification and prior project leadership experience. Nice to Have: - Experience with Procurement and Inventory modules. - Industry exposure to manufacturing, retail, or logistics. - Familiarity with system integration tools and reporting analytics.,
