Oracle Functional Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:

Global Trade Management (GTM) Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Global Trade Management solutions including feasibility studies, gap analysis, configuration, and enhancements.
• Support Oracle GTM/OTM upgrades and new releases, ensuring smooth transition and rollout.
• Drive FTZ implementation projects, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations.
• Collaborate closely with IT, business stakeholders, and international teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical support.
• Develop process documentation, functional/technical specs, and conduct user training as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GTM module enhancements and functionalities.
• Work independently in a hybrid work setup, maintaining consistent communication during the India shift (12:00 PM IST to 9:30 PM IST).

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle GTM and OTM modules.
• Proven experience in GTM enhancements, FTZ implementation, and Oracle upgrade support.
• Strong techno-functional expertise with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
• Ability to work from 12:00 PM IST to 9:30 PM IST shift hours reliably.
