Roles & Responsibilities:
- Carry out day to day support, maintenance/Upgrade and administration on all the banks application systems and interfaces.- Resolve any application issues that does not involve coding.- Investigate and resolve banking products end-user and system issues.- Maintain existing and develop new Business Objects report as per business requirements.- To provide Flexcube and Flexcube Direct Banking functional support to users how they interface to the banks application systems.- Familiarity with source code and change management- Provide support for, and perform, monitor, the daily End-of-Day batch processing operation for Flexcube.- Should be ready to work in shifts.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Core Banking.- Must have skills: Flexcube Core Banking. (Flexcube core banking (Lending, Trade, Fees, Agency, Facilities, Payments)- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.- Excellent in problem solving and analytical skills.- Familiarity with Oracle SQL and debugging.- Excellent communication skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Flexcube core banking.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
