Role Overview: As an OFSAA Senior at EY, you will lead and drive OFSAA implementation/consulting projects, manage practice level engagements, and drive business growth to fulfill business goals and ensure quality delivery by consultants within engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively and present well during client interactions, supporting client needs throughout various parts of the implementation lifecycle - Develop innovative approaches and business opportunities for expanding the practice footprint in the client ecosystem - Direct business operations and consulting resources to assist clients in implementing OFSAA solutions - Assess and manage business risks to achieve overall practice goals - Lead large teams for exceptional client services and manage ETL and Reporting applications - Manage people, portfolio/delivery, and sales enablement within the practice - Maintain strategic direction, ensure profitable growth, quality delivery, and customer reference ability - Deliver large/medium OFSAA programs, demonstrate expert consulting skills, and support client delivery with advanced OFSAA knowledge and industry expertise - Conduct and lead consultancy assignments, prioritize deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction and delivery excellence - Articulate problems and proposed solutions clearly, adopt a proactive approach to problem resolution, and adapt to changing requirements Qualifications Required: - Experience with OFSAA implementations and/or Financial Services background - Ability to lead large teams and provide exceptional client services - Strong command over SQL-PL/SQL, OFSAA staging and reporting data model, and ability to design transformations - Familiarity with OFSAA EPM, ERM, FCCM, IFRS solutions, and data model enhancements - Proficiency in building and extending load utility tools such as OFSAA Excel File Upload, Unified Metadata Manager, etc. - Understanding of data lineage and ability to prioritize deliveries in conjunction with the implementation team - Willingness to learn, adapt quickly to changing requirements, and maintain end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction Note: Additional details about EY's commitment to building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet through data, AI, and advanced technology are omitted for brevity.,
