Oracle Field Service Functional Consultant

As an Oracle Field Service Functional Consultant with 7+ years of experience, your role will involve strong techno-functional skills to propose and design optimal solutions for customization and integrations on Oracle Field Service Cloud (ToA) Projects. You will be responsible for the overall solution ownership. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience in configurations and customization in areas such as Core Application, Profiles, Permissions, Business Rules, Routing Plans, Work Schedules, Smart Collaboration, Action Management, Mobility and Manage Displays, Reports, Data migration, Inbound/Outbound messages. - Develop Oracle Field Service forms and assist in developing Oracle Field Service Plugins. - Possess strong knowledge of the OFS Data Model. - Solution complex business requirements to deliver optimal results. - Experience with web services standards and technology including JavaScript, JET, VBCS, WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, XML-Schema, XSL, WS standards/Security, etc. - Collaborate closely with business analysts and project managers to provide support. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Oracle Field Service certification is preferred. - Strong understanding of Oracle Field Service functionalities and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
