Job Description

Job Title: Oracle Financials (FI) Implementation Consultant

Location:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Financials (FI) Implementation Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon and Noida. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Financials modules, with a strong background in end-to-end implementation projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Oracle Financials implementation projects from planning to go-live and support.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand their business processes and needs.
  • Design and configure Oracle Financials modules to meet client requirements.
  • Develop functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Oracle modules.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to Oracle Financials modules.
  • Prepare project documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials implementation.
  • Proven experience in at least two full lifecycle Oracle Financials implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
  • Excellent understanding of business processes in finance and accounting.
  • Oracle certification in Financials is preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with clients in various industries.
  • Knowledge of integration points with other Oracle modules (Procurement, Order Management).
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Project management experience or certification (PMP, PRINCE2).
