Our Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise technology, working across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to support the delivery of holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. We support Deloitte client service teams of strategic advisors and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to help collaborate with leading insights providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable the heart of business solutions.Position Summary
Level: EBS Supply chain Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you'll do:
Collaborate with colleagues to address complex Supply Chain, leveraging their expertise and insights from domain experts. They take ownership of deliverables and contribute across Advice, Implement, and Operate functions. Responsibilities include leading requirement gathering workshops, conducting fit-gap analysis, facilitating conference room pilots (CRP), and delivering training to business users. They oversee hands-on configuration, functional design, technical development, test script creation, and application testing, working independently or as part of global virtual teams. Additionally, they stay current with the latest technologies through training programs, mentor junior team members, lead daily project meetings, participate in career development activities, and actively contribute to firm-level initiatives. Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide support for delivery teams and staff in local offices

Our Oracle Enterprise Solutions team partners with clients to modernize their core business environments, leveraging Oracle ERP Cloud, EBS, and other Oracle products. We work collaboratively to deliver projects that drive digital transformation, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes across industries.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills:
- Functional experience of 7 to 11 years
- Extensive functional professional experience with ERP implementations in Oracle EBS R12, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple complex projects.
- Advanced expertise in collaborating with clients to drive strategic business process enhancements and optimize Oracle EBS solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated leadership in key design and build activities, including overseeing business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, business process design, workshop facilitation, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional design and configuration, testing, and cutover execution.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Good to Have Skills:
- Exposure to onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Management (OM, PO) and Value Chain Planning (ASCP, Demantra) modules.
