Description
As a Techno-Functional Consultant at Strateena, you will be responsible for providing production support, performing enhancements, and upgrades for the Oracle EPM Platform. Your strong communication skills will be crucial in interacting with business stakeholders effectively, gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and providing valuable business insights. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with end users to understand their processes and requirements, and effectively communicate business needs to stakeholders. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Oracle EPM implementation, customization, and upgrades. - Perform hands-on production support and maintenance of Oracle EPM applications. - Develop and maintain Oracle EPM models, reports, and dashboards using tools such as HFM, Essbase, Planning, and DRM. - Design, develop, and implement Oracle EPM solutions and integrations with other enterprise systems. - Collaborate with team members to ensure successful delivery of Oracle EPM projects. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including functional and technical design documents, test plans, and user guides. - Provide end-user training and support for Oracle EPM applications. Qualifications Required: - BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, business, or life science field. - 10+ years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant. - Strong experience in Oracle EPM implementation, maintenance, enhancements, and support. - Strong technical skills in Oracle EPM tools such as HFM, Essbase, Planning, and DRM. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong SQL experience, including the ability to write complex queries. - Tableau experience is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other team members. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Experience in working with matrix organizations and effectively with multi-location and multi-cultural teams. - Excellent documentation skills including requirements, functional and technical specifications, test scripts, and validation protocols. - Experience supporting systems and processes utilizing GAMP5, GMP, and ITIL service management. - Strong analytical skills with experience in workflow design. - Demonstrated technical understanding of application architecture. - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a high degree of self-motivation. - Participated in 3+ Oracle ERP Full Life Cycle Implementation Projects. - Experience in Oracle Fusion is a plus.
