Oracle E-Business EPM Techno Functional Consultant

As a Techno-Functional Consultant at Strateena, you will be responsible for providing production support, performing enhancements, and upgrades for the Oracle EPM Platform. Your role will involve interacting with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and providing business insights. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively addressing client's business requirements and solving business problems using Oracle EPM applications. Your finance business process knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud will be crucial in providing business solutions and reducing the use of PaaS solutions. Your main responsibilities will include: - Working closely with end users to understand their processes and requirements, and communicating business needs to stakeholders. - Translating business requirements into technical specifications for Oracle EPM implementation, customization, and upgrades. - Performing hands-on production support and maintenance of Oracle EPM applications. - Developing and maintaining Oracle EPM models, reports, and dashboards using Oracle EPM tools like HFM, Essbase, Planning, and DRM. - Designing, developing, and implementing Oracle EPM solutions and integrations with other enterprise systems. - Collaborating with team members to ensure successful delivery of Oracle EPM projects. - Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including functional and technical design documents, test plans, and user guides. - Providing end-user training and support for Oracle EPM applications. You will be part of a centralized team responsible for building and managing EPM solutions on cloud and on-premise for Strateena's clients. Your educational background should include a BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, business, or a life science field. Additionally, you should have 10+ years of experience as a Techno-functional consultant with strong technical skills in Oracle EPM tools such as HFM, Essbase, Planning, and DRM. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required for this role. Experience in SQL, Tableau, working with matrix organizations, Oracle ERP Full Life Cycle Implementation Projects, Oracle Fusion, and supporting systems and processes utilizing GAMP5, GMP, and ITIL service management will be advantageous. Your ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and collaborate with diverse teams will be essential for success in this role.,
