Oracle DevOps Fusion SMC Delivery Lead

You are an experienced Oracle DevOps Fusion Functional Consultant with 15+ years of overall experience within Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS ERPs. You have a deep understanding of Oracle SMC (Subscription Management Cloud) and B2B Service/Service Logistics business processes, along with a very good understanding of DevOps methodologies. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability, implementing DevOps practices, monitoring and optimizing system performance, and staying updated with the latest Fusion technologies and DevOps tools to drive continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities include providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, meeting project timelines and stakeholder expectations effectively, conducting system configurations, testing, and user training as needed, analyzing Oracle Fusion Enhancements/Change Requests and Support activities, and coordinating with team members within Fusion DevOps and Solution Architects. You will also drive continuous improvements to reduce support tickets, follow JCI Major Incident management process to address critical issues, and engage with the right teams. You possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering or Information Systems or equivalent, along with expertise in Oracle Fusion functional configuration and solutions for small- and large-scale initiatives mainly within SMC and B2B Service & Maintenance Cloud processes. Your role requires exceptional collaboration, teamwork, influence, and relationship building skills at all levels with internal and external parties, aligned with Johnson Controls key values: Integrity, teamwork, excellence, Customer focus, and Accountability. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a reactive high-pressure environment are essential for this role. Preferred skills include Oracle Cloud certifications, experience with Agile methodologies, and knowledge of additional Oracle modules.
