Job Description

You are an experienced Oracle DevOps Fusion Project To Close (PTC) Functional Consultant with over 10 years of experience. You possess a deep understanding of Oracle Project Management processes, including forecasting, costing, billing, revenue recognition, and project period close processes, along with a strong grasp of DevOps methodologies. In this role, you will lead cross-functional discussions with business users, analyze requirements, propose solutions, and recommend industry best practices. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability, implementing DevOps practices for development, testing, and deployment processes, and monitoring system performance for high availability and minimal downtime during post go-live operational support. You will also need to stay updated on the latest Fusion technologies and DevOps tools, provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations effectively, conduct system configurations, testing, and user training, and analyze Oracle Fusion enhancements and change requests. Your role will involve managing a functional/technical team within the Value Stream, conducting work planning and prioritization, capacity planning of resources, coordinating with other Value stream leads, scheduling and approving production deployments, optimizing and managing enhancements and support ticket backlog, driving continuous improvements, and following JCI Major Incident management process for critical issues. To be successful in this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or Information Systems, along with expertise in Oracle Fusion functional configuration and solutions for small- and large-scale initiatives within PPM, Costing, and Subledger close processes. Excellent communication, collaboration, teamwork, influence, and relationship building skills are essential, along with exceptional customer-facing and internal communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment. Preferred skills include Oracle Cloud certifications, experience with Agile methodologies, and knowledge of additional Oracle modules and solutions like IIM, Forecasting, and One Page view.
