Oracle DBA Lead

As an experienced Oracle Database Administrator with over 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing Oracle databases (12c, 19c/23ai) in Hyderabad. Your expertise in Oracle Data Guard will be crucial for configuring and managing data replication. You will demonstrate strong proficiency in RMAN for backup and recovery tasks, including validation. SQL performance tuning using tools like AWR, ASH, and Explain Plans will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Oracle databases (12c, 19c/23ai) with a focus on Oracle Data Guard configuration and operational management - Utilize RMAN for backup and recovery tasks, ensuring data integrity and availability - Perform SQL performance tuning using AWR, ASH, and Explain Plans - Work hands-on with Siebel, BRM, and/or UIM database schemas Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Oracle DBA - Proven expertise in Oracle Data Guard for at least 10 years - Strong proficiency in RMAN for backup and recovery operations for a minimum of 10 years Please note that this is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, requiring in-person work.,
