Role Overview: You will be responsible for hands-on experience with Data Models and DB Performance tuning in PostgreSQL. Additionally, you will implement ETL processes specifically using DBT with Jinja and automated Unit Tests. It is essential to follow best development practices and having experience with ETL processes using Informatica/DataStage will be a plus. You should be able to articulate complex technical issues clearly to stakeholders and having banking experience will be an added advantage. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a focus on design and development are required. Experience in Kafka/MQ and Cloud (Azure) will also be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience with Data Models and DB Performance tuning in PostgreSQL - Implementation of ETL processes specifically using DBT with Jinja and automated Unit Tests - Follow best development practices - Experience with ETL processes using Informatica/DataStage is a plus - Ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly to stakeholders - Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a focus on design and development - Experience in Kafka/MQ and Cloud (Azure) Qualifications Required: - 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role - Knowledge of Data Models and DB Performance tuning in PostgreSQL - Experience in implementing ETL processes with DBT and Jinja, along with automated Unit Tests - Familiarity with Informatica/DataStage will be advantageous - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders - Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills - Experience with Kafka/MQ and Cloud (Azure) will be beneficial,
