Oracle Database Administrator (RAC & WebLogic) | 5+ years

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator with strong expertise in Oracle RAC and WebLogic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing Oracle database environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and administer Oracle databases (11g/12c/19c) in RAC and standalone environments.
• Manage Oracle WebLogic Server, including installation, configuration, deployments, and troubleshooting.
• Perform database backup, recovery, patching, and upgrades.
• Monitor database performance and proactively resolve issues to ensure high availability.
• Implement security best practices, user access controls, and data protection measures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database and application server-related issues.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for performance tuning and optimization.
• Maintain documentation of database architecture, processes, and configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA.
• Strong expertise in Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters).
• Solid experience with Oracle WebLogic Server administration.
• Proficiency in database backup, recovery, and cloning using RMAN.
• Good knowledge of performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Strong understanding of Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Oracle Data Guard and GoldenGate.
• Knowledge of Cloud databases (OCI, AWS RDS, or Azure DB).
• Experience with automation and monitoring tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹309,647.69 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
