Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) core services to design and implement robust and efficient cloud architectures. Your role will involve working on OCI-native services, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, cloud security best practices, and hybrid cloud environments integration with on-premises Oracle workloads. Additionally, you will be involved in cloud migration projects and designing high availability (HA) architectures within OCI. Key Responsibilities: - Strong expertise in OCI core services like Compute, Networking, Storage, Database, Security, and Observability & Management. - Conceptual understanding of OCI-native services such as NSG, Exadata Cloud Service, Oracle managed backups, and Oracle Functions. - Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform. - Solid grasp of cloud security best practices, identity management, and role-based access control (RBAC) within OCI. - Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and integration with on-premises Oracle workloads. - Experience in cloud migration projects involving Oracle applications like Oracle Database and middleware. - Design and implement rock-solid HA architectures across the entire application stack within OCI. - Utilize in-depth knowledge of OCI networking features such as VCNs, subnets, security lists, and route tables to craft secure and efficient network architectures.
