Oracle Cloud HCM Integration - Technical Consultant

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Integration - Technical Consultant, your role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between the cloud HCM system and other systems. You will be working in cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, and Chennai on a contractual basis with an immediate joining requirement and a minimum experience of 6+ years. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement integration solutions between Oracle Cloud HCM and other systems, including on-premise applications, ERP systems, and third-party HR solutions. - Work on data mappings, transformations, and extracts within Oracle HCM to ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Utilize tools and technologies such as REST/SOAP, Oracle OIC, and SQL for integration implementation. - Diagnose and resolve integration issues, providing technical support and guidance. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field. - Possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Holding an Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits certification would be a plus. You will be on a contractual/temporary position for a period of 6 months. The job requires a minimum of 6 years of overall experience and will be performed in person at the designated work location.
