As an Oracle Cloud HCM Integration - Technical Consultant, your role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between the cloud HCM system and other systems. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing integration solutions between Oracle Cloud HCM and other systems, which may include on-premise applications, ERP systems, and third-party HR solutions. - Working on data mappings, transformations, and extracts within Oracle HCM to ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Utilizing tools and technologies such as REST/SOAP, Oracle OIC, and SQL for implementing integrations. - Diagnosing and resolving integration issues while providing technical support and guidance. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Having Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits certification would be considered a plus.
