Infovity is looking for a Core HR Functional Lead for Cloud Oracle Human Capital Management Fusion Functional Team. We are seeking a Functionally strong person who can seek and implement imaginative and strategic solutions to large scale and complex customer problems. One who calmly takes measured and necessary risks while always putting customers and team FIRST and one who thrives with ownership and accountability in such an environment. The person must be a passionate, innovative, team-oriented leader who is seeking a major part in the Implementation and support Activities for our Oracle HCM Cloud customers.

Responsibilities

The Core HR Functional Consultant Responsibilities are to

• Identify business opportunities/gaps with our existing/new customers and convince the customers to implement these gaps in HCM applications area by developing/sharing the proposed solutions to fill the gaps to meet the customer requirements, create the necessary functional documentation, and provide guidance and support in decision making process for the customer.
• Good functional knowledge and implementation experience on HCM Fusion Core HR module is mandatory.

Mandatory Skills

• The candidate is expected to have 8 to 10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering all the Global HR Processes. He must have been a part of at least 5 end-to-end Cloud HCM implementations.
• Persons who are holding premier university degrees like IIM/ XLRI/ SP JAIN will be given more preference.
• Ability to mentor and coach the other team members.
• In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business process and their data flow.
• The candidate should have been in customer facing roles and interacted with business users in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
• Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management.
• Excel in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems. Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables.
• Good understanding of cloud design patterns and up to date on latest release functionality
• Desire to work in a hands-on, fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Should be able to handle Customers independently and be able to conduct CRP/UAT sessions.
• Should be ready for short term onsite travel.
• Should closely work with all stake holders like Onshore (US) team, customers, Offshore team members and QA Team.
• Should be able to work in the late evening to have some overlapping time with Customers and Onshore team members.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education plus relevant experience.
