The Role:

As an Application Lead or Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to align with business requirements and objectives. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing or contributing to the development process, and ensuring optimal performance and usability of applications. Daily tasks include analyzing requirements, coding, testing, and problem-solving, while adhering to best practices. You will also provide guidance and support to team members, continuously seeking ways to enhance application functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

Skills Required:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.

- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development methodologies.

- Experience with system integration, data migration processes, and API development, including integration techniques and tools relevant to application development.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

- Experience with database management and optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 to 7.5 years of relevant experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.

- This position is based at our Mumbai, Pune and Chennai office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
