Oracle C2M(Customer To Meter) Senior Lead

Role Overview: As an experienced Oracle C2M Senior Lead, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing Oracle C2M solution implementation across CC&B, MDM, DACS, WACS, and WAM modules. Your role will involve providing hands-on technical leadership, collaborating with stakeholders, troubleshooting complex issues, mentoring team members, and preparing technical documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee Oracle C2M solution implementation across CC&B, MDM, DACS, WACS, and WAM modules. - Provide hands-on technical leadership in configuration, customization, and integration. - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable and efficient solutions. - Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure performance optimization. - Mentor and guide team members on Oracle Utilities best practices and OUAF development. - Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and status updates for stakeholders. Qualification Required: - 8+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities with strong expertise in C2M, CC&B, MDM, DACS/WACS/WAM. - Proficiency in Java, Groovy, and OUAF config tools. - Strong knowledge of integration, data migration, and performance tuning. - Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. - Ability to work effectively with global teams and prepare English documentation.,
