Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and support
Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM)
applications.
Implement
pricing, rating, discounting, billing, and invoicing
functionalities within Oracle BRM.
Work on
Elastic Charging Engine (ECE)
for real-time charging and policy management.
Configure and manage
Pipeline Manager, Billing Care, and Customer Care Portal (CCP)
.
Perform customization and integration with
CRM, ERP, UIM, and other OSS/BSS systems
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for
order-to-cash (O2C) lifecycle
implementation.
Troubleshoot BRM applications, analyze logs, and provide performance tuning.
Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and
end-to-end BRM implementations/upgrades
.
Ensure compliance with
best practices, security standards, and industry regulations
.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in
Oracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management)
.
Knowledge of
Elastic Charging Engine (ECE)
,
Pipeline Manager
,
Billing Care
, and
Customer Care Portal (CCP)
.
Experience in
pricing configuration, rating, discounting, and mediation flows
.
Strong understanding of
telecom OSS/BSS domain
(Order Management, Billing, Charging).
Proficiency in
Unix/Linux, SQL, PL/SQL, and Shell scripting
.
Experience with
Java/C/C++
for BRM customization.
Familiarity with
integration technologies
(SOAP/REST APIs, Web Services, SOA, AIA, OSM, UIM, ASAP).
Good troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
