Oracle Apps HCM OTL Techno-Functional with Oracle Timesheet in Mobile Apps

As an Oracle Apps HCM OTL Techno-Functional with Oracle Timesheet in Mobile Apps, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Understand the current application HCL OTL Module Setups for Oracle EBS version 12.2.10 for HCM OTL modules and Timesheet - Support OTL setup and related configurations - Analyze the EBS HRMS interfaces - Review user set up issues - Customize the Layout by Adding/Modifying Fields such as Start Time, Stop Time, Comments, etc. - Add/modify rules or business logic in OTL Mobile App - Debug issues and provide solutions for HCL OTL Module modules - Take requirements from stakeholders for new features/functionalities - Coordinate with Oracle, Business for Oracle SRs - Perform impact analysis - Detail solution design - Conduct Unit testing & Integration testing - Support UAT - Append documentation for requirement gatherings, use cases, test scripts - Handover to production support - Assist Production Support in identifying repetitive issues and propose solutions for a permanent fix Qualifications required for this role include: - 8+ years of experience in EBS HRMS Techno Functional OTL with experience in OTL Mobile APP - Good Communication skills & ability to work with UK Client independently,
