Oracle Agile PLM Application Analyst

We are seeking an Oracle Agile PLM Application Analyst with 8-15 years of IT industry experience to support and enhance Agile PLM PC, PG&C modules, and integrations with CAD tools and Oracle EBS. This is a techno-functional role ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for solving complex business challenges. In this role, you will design and develop solutions using Agile SDK, Java, Groovy, XML/JSON, Web Services, and SQL. You will provide end-to-end support for Agile PLM applications, including incidents, enhancements, and integrations. Additionally, you will partner with global business units to optimize Agile PLM usage and lead service improvement initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing Oracle SRs and change requests, creating SOPs, and driving user testing and UAT. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Agile SDK utilities, WSX, and Process Extensions, as well as expertise in Agile Administration - workflows, roles, criteria, and privilege management. A solid understanding of Agile PLM database structures and integration points is essential, along with a proven track record in guiding teams and working across cross-functional environments.
