Anticipate and remediate problems spanning the full range of Oracle Agile PLM application and their integration points; manage Oracle Support SRs as well as internal users support requests. Coordinate process improvements with business; gather and document functional/technical requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business challenges and determine final business requirements Complete business process mapping and identify opportunities for improvement. Support a change management process to manage patch applications and changes to the configurations. Develop test plans and manage user testing for system changes. Guide/coach other team members in delivering the solution. Mandatory Required Skills Agile PLM Sr. Techno Functional Consultant with 3-6 years I/T industry experience. Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying client needs, recommending solutions, and implementing effective strategies.
