As an individual responsible for conducting eye check-ups and dispensing products at Lenskart, you will follow the 12-step Optometry process diligently. It is essential to share the prescription clearly with customers and educate them about single vision and progressive lenses. Furthermore, you will recommend the most suitable lens and/or frames based on the customer's needs. Before handing over the product, it is crucial to perform a quality check of the lenses to ensure customer satisfaction. Your role also involves recommending products to customers by presenting them with a curated selection that aligns with their preferences. It is important to identify and address any unstated needs by asking relevant questions and offering solutions at the right moment. To excel in this position, you are expected to achieve sales targets and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs). This includes meeting targets for sales, eye-test conversions, and handling returns according to the established SOPs. After completing a sale, you will coordinate with the customer for product pick-up, following communication from the warehouse. In cases of returns, it is essential to understand the reasons behind them and make efforts to resolve issues effectively to minimize return percentages.,
