Optometrist - Kochi Padivattom - Kerala

As an Optometrist at Lenskart, you will be responsible for following the 12-step Optometry process during eye check-ups. You will share the prescription clearly with customers and educate them about single vision and progressive lenses while recommending the appropriate lens and/or frames. It is crucial to perform a quality check of the lenses fitted before handing over the product to the customer. Your role will involve presenting customers with an optimal selection of products based on their preferences. Understanding the unstated needs of the customer, asking relevant questions, and choosing the right time to pitch recommended solutions are key aspects of this position. Success in this role will be measured by achieving sales targets, eye-test conversion rates, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You are expected to meet assigned targets for sales, eye-test conversion, and returns while following all SOPs. After a sale is made, you will coordinate with the customer for product pick-up upon receiving communication from the warehouse. In cases of returns, you should understand the reasons and work towards resolving them to control the return percentage effectively.,
